Great location (especially if you are catching a cruise!). Walking distance to the pier, but also to the main square and all of the shopping areas. The staff were very kind and accommodating, and we loved our stay there. There is a kitchen, but we were only there for one night so we never used it.
Excellent and really friendly English speaking staff made my 2.5 months stay pleasant! Quite old style furniture but very clean, housekeeping once a week (doesn’t include dishes but linen is changed, floor vacuum cleaned and mopped, 5/5).
The kitchen equipment lacks only kettle and non sticky frying pan, also freezer is quite small but good enough. Fridge is efficient.
Location is excellent, really close to Piazza Unita.
The hotel lobby has washing machine and dryer, price 2€ (coins, 1€ min acceptable).
Room temperature was warm even during winter (Jan-March), ~22.5’C.
The only minus is style/decor but compared to overall experience that’s really small minus.

Not sure what to say. Yes it is ideally located for a cruise trip. But when a guests arrives to their room and it's hotter in the room than outside, and the room is advertised as with air con, something is not right. It was 28c 82f when we walked in. There is absolutely no way this split unit could possibly cool this room to a comfortable temperature. We had to close of the bedroom just to get it down to a bearable sleeping temp. No electricity when you leave the room as the key card is required, so you get to return day after day to a scorching stuffy room. Really unacceptable for the price and 3 star hotel. Cleanliness was good I guess, although things are so old it's tough to say if it's clean or old. Lots of room which is nice. Would absolutely not stay again.
Receptionist was very helpful, we took his recommendations regarding places where to take diner as well as breakfast and we haven't made mistake; room was big and clean, just ventilation through window wasn't prober, because windows of our room faced into yard, ie almost no air circulation coming from outside; place is extra good, very close to city center; Lon lasting parking into cooperates garage is fair, just short time parking for un/uploading of Bagage in front door of residence room isn't sufficient 1 parking place only, we had bad luck at our arrival as well as our departure was occupied wha complicated coming and leaving a lot
